Bought this to use for a small school concession stand ...
J. Shannon•December 11, 2014
Bought this to use for a small school concession stand. It continually tells us it needs more water, takes forever to cook the hot dogs. Wishing we had looked more into purchasing this look at other machines because you will be very dissatisfied with this purchase

Used item 1x on 3/1/14 and as stated within cleaning instructions...ok to place racks in dishwasher... well they came out with rust? These are made of stainless steel and 1x cleaning they come out all rusty... Somethings wrong with this picture.
I will contact manufacturer to return merchandise for full refund... this is unacceptable.
