Nice weight but a little flimsy and for a machete its is scary sharp, haven't used it yet but I am 100% certain the edge won't last long, I'd say it would be really good for quartering a deer

Bought an eight dollar Machette that was beefier than this thing. The orange paint looks cool but the blade is thin and the handle tang is very narrow and mine had the rivet holes drilled crooked so the handle was misaligned with the tang. Sent back.

Wields like an extention of your arm. I love the weighted end. But, it didn't come with a sheath. And it needs to be sharpened often.
