Really comfy as these things go.
Amazon Customer•October 8, 2017
Really comfy as these things go. Doesn't slip if tightened down at the top band especially. If you wear it with work/duty boots you can just use the lower piece as it's velcroed together. Can be broken down or worn as the complete garter type system. Perfect for the Bodyguard .38, 5 shot revolver. Make sure your pants cuff is 8.5" across or better or it won't go over the filled holster.

An excellent buy, and it holds either my Browning 1911-380 (80 percent sized 1911), or my Llama "Especial 7,65mm" (.32 acp) which is about a 75 percent sized 1911, firmly to my ankle. The only caveat, is that it has so many Velcro pieces on it, that it can try your patience the first few times you put it on. These make it adjustable to a wide range of sizes and positions, but as I say, they can try one's patience until you become familiar with it. Except for that, I would have given it five stars.
Takes time and patience finding the right fit.

I'm a smaller guy (5' 5", 160 lbs), carrying a Sig P938. This has lots of straps and room to make adjustments to customize the fit, but it can be a bit difficult to maneuver when first getting it setup. Took me a fair bit of time trying different positions to maximize comfort and minimize printing. Decided that the best position for me was the inside of my left leg for cross draw. Wore it for a half-day doing a variety of sitting, standing, and walking. It was very comfortable and held well (it didn't sag or slide down). I am happy with the purchase, good product for the price. Just make sure you are patient and spend the time finding the right configuration for you.
UPDATE: After wearing it a few more times, I noticed because the main strap is attached to the inside of the holster, you can't pull the gun itself any closer to your leg. The gun just hangs there, and is more prone to printing and the holster portion feeling like it's swinging on your leg (doesn't really move that much, but feels like it does/can). Other ankle holsters have the strap running outside the holster, or has a D ring strap to pull the gun closer to your leg. I would imagine those hold the gun tighter to your leg to minimize printing and movement. This is still a decent value for price I paid, but it could be better. Changed to 3-stars.

My EAA windicator pistol grip is to long for this ...
skywalker•April 17, 2017
My EAA windicator pistol grip is to long for this holster. Causes a bulge from the handle when worn. However, I have no doubt it will fit any Small caliber pistol or revolver perfectly, this holster has me considering buying a small/compact handgun just because of how well it fits. Even with my windicator's pistol grip printing inside my pant leg. Just wearing it around the house a couple of hours I forgot I was wearing it.
I am pretty sure Helen Keller could see your gun flopping around in your pant leg.
Dennis Mastie Jr•December 20, 2016
The design of this holster allows the butt of the gun to flop around A LOT. I am pretty sure Helen Keller could see that much movement in your pant leg. Therefore this holster fails at a primary requirement, concealment. I would just open carry if I was ok with people knowing I had a gun. And does it have to come balled up? At least provide some basic instructions so I know for sure that this one piece thats not sewn on to either leg wrap is installed properly!
I think its finally time to bite the bullet and buy an overpriced but highly recommended Galco to see what all the fuss is about. Despite my lack of experience, I am going to recommend you do the same. If only the $5 super basic ankle holster that I first fell in love with didn't loosen up or at least had a strap to ensure the gun couldn't fall out I would never have looked elsewhere.
PS because I know the question is coming; The gun that was flopping around so excitedly was a Glock 43. Hopefully something like an M&P bodyguard wouldn't experience this issue.
