Something is wrong with the versions of this that were sent to others that wrote reviews saying it isn't the complete kit. I ordered this kit and received the whole kit as pictured (although I really only needed the strike itself). The product I received was exactly as advertised and it replaced an identical strike that had failed. Installation was quick and simple, other than I had to verify the voltage from the controller as the wiring for the new strike was slightly different. It provided two different connections for two different voltages - I just needed to verify which we were using in out system, which was as simple as measuring the voltage on the wiring going to the old strike while activating the key fob that controlled the strike in our system.

The lock it self was spot on. When you advertise as the complete pack you should get the face plates. False advertising cost me an additional $35....

Product is great. However, the part number is incorrect.
This is no longer the complete pac. It is the body only.
I've been purchasing several of these over the last year. Every order until 10/5/16 included the face plates. However, my last order on 11/16 did not include the face plates.

I only received the faceplate and not the locking mechanism. I will be returning for a refund.
In the Q&A it says it's the complete kit.
The other review says it's just the locking mechanism and not the face plate.

Item received was not the 8000c kit as described but rather the 8000 body only with no faceplates.
