I was thinking "it's just hot water and coffee, how can it taste significantly different". I was wrong. It took my coffee and added more layers to the flavors, much like a good wine might have. On a practical side it's also ridiculously fast at brewing. Ideal in the morning when you want to crank it out and get on with the day.

Everything about this product is amazing. The design is very retro and it is very obvious that it is built well. Temp for water is spot on as advertised and the coffee ends up being just as good as if I had made the cup on a pour over or french press.
