I am a Brazilian living in the US and I definitely miss having these available at bakeries. These are a perfect solution to my cravings, cheap, easy to make and taste delicious. If you don't have the time to go hunt the ingredients to make these and spend a lot of time making them from scratch I highly recommend these!! I make these for all my friends and they all love it.

Tis product has it all - except manioc (tapioca) flour. Good taste, quick preparation, great smell in the kitchen while baking. One of the best quick ways to cure homesickness for Brazil. Mata saudades.

Tasted just like the Pão de Queijo mixes I got in Brazil, which was exactly what I had been craving. It was awesome to be able to get it delivered to my door, because there is a distinct deficit (about 0) of Brazilian stores around!
The only reason I took one star off was the value for money. It was a pretty steep price for a simple boxed mix ($26.70 for a pack of 4 or about $6.68/package) at my time of purchase. (Otherwise this would be something I would get all the time.)

I have traveled several times to Brazil and the company I visit serves these cheese bread balls during breaks. They are amazing! They were so good, I wanted to try some at home and found these on Amazon. I followed the directions very carefully, but I was still quite disappointed in the results. Even with extra baking time, the balls ended up quite doughy on the inside and simply not that flavorful.
I have hopes that I can adjust the instructions a bit and make them better (making the balls smaller might help) however, I strongly suspect they will never reach the level of the ones I got in Sao Paulo.
But I can dream. :-)
