I am sure this tastes great. But I bought to make for someone who is a vegan. If you add EGGS that's not vegan. So the mixture is vegan but the add-ins are not. I guess we will just have to substitute something in for eggs. We have bought vegan pre mixes before and usually EVERYTHING about it is vegan.
