This is one of the things I miss most about living in Brazil. My daily pao de queijo and my cafezinho every afternoon. The Yoki brand mix is a solid mix, it cannot compete with your local brazilian paderia but it's good enough to give your friends and family a taste of the good stuff.
Pro Tip: Use milk instead of water in the recipe, and add at least a cup of hard mozarella to it. Even though Cristo Redentor will most likely smite me for saying this, your taste buds will thank me.

Tasted just like the Pão de Queijo mixes I got in Brazil, which was exactly what I had been craving. It was awesome to be able to get it delivered to my door, because there is a distinct deficit (about 0) of Brazilian stores around!
The only reason I took one star off was the value for money. It was a pretty steep price for a simple boxed mix ($26.70 for a pack of 4 or about $6.68/package) at my time of purchase. (Otherwise this would be something I would get all the time.)

These cheese bread mix is so addicting!! Plus it's so simple and easy to make!! My mother has Celiac Disease- so this being GLUTEN FREE is also a big hit in our family!
