The key things you will find best about this product are

My clarinet professors have declared this product the holy grail of clarinet neck-straps. The key things you will find best about this product are: 1) easy to use 2) very comfortable 3) the stretchy elastic cord is the best part for comfort and finding the right distance for hand placement

I've had this neck strap for 6 months now, and have had no problems. Just wear and tear on the leather piece at the end where the thumb rest goes, but that is expected.
Don't wait until too late

Bought this for my wife because she was having thumb problems playing her clarinet. It took the weight off her thumb and let her get in a few more years of playing before the arthritis became too painful. Probably should have bought it years before when she did not have problems.
Well-designed & quality build, but a little short for me

This is a well-designed strap that obviously is made well. My only problem (personally) was that it was a little too short for me and I am constantly pulling the clarinet down a little bit, even with the strap fully extended. However, I've got a big neck, so it's entirely possible the fault is with my body type. (I have to use long neck straps for saxophone, too) I'm going to try one of the extra-long varieties next, and I'm sure that will work better. So, if you have a big neck, this *might* be too short for you.

Excellent neck strap for my clarinet.
A good neck strap

I bought this because it takes the weight of the clarinet off my thumb and allows me to play with less tension. It works well. My only complaint is that the slider tends to slide down sometimes. I am looking into a different brand myself. I think this is an underutilized tool especially for beginning clarinet players who experience pain as a result of not being physically mature enough to handle the weight of the instrument on their young thumbs.
