Received TV, instruction were in Spanish only. Screws for base and 12 volt adapter were also missing. No batteries for remote.

First off let me say this little TV is great. However, the reason that I purchased this particular model at $60 more than like models is because it had a built-in DVD player. Sadly, my first attempt to use the DVD player last weekend was an epic fail. The DVD player does not work. I would like to get an exchange from the manufacture.
Nice TV, but the sound needs enhancing

My husband and I purchased this product to put in our kitchen so I could watch TV while preparing meals, etc. It is just the right size for the space where we put it and the picture quality is really quite good. The only downside is the audio....when we first hooked it up and turned it on, the audio had a very "tinny" sound which I was prepared to live with, but after awhile, it became obvious that alternate speakers were necessary to enhance the sound quality. We were able to find small speakers which we hooked up externally and, when we turn them on, the TV sounds great.

volume could be a bit better but overall, this is a good product and has fit our needs nicely. I just realized though... It only plays standard DVDS.. no blue ray and while this is true, it does play music CD's.

Poor quality picture, poor quality sound. Do not recommend this TV. I am returning for a refund.
