This is a great little pump. I bought a water dish for my pets and it came with a pump which was pretty noisy and plugged directly into the wall, posing some issues around pets and water. I wanted a low voltage pump so I bought this one as a replacement. It's really quiet and powerful. I've had this type of pump before with another fountain so I know it will last a long time, and it comes with two different size tubes.

Works great! Luckily, my neighbor could "modify" the installation of this replacement drastically and successfully! River rocks helped camouflage the result. Now need more rocks!
Another plus- the old pump was a bit stronger which caused water to splash out, much to grand kids glee. Now no worry about water level dropping.

Worked great for about a month and a half then it was pumping fine until I added water one day. Stopped pumping and hasnt wirked since. And this was the second one I bought in less than a year. First one lasted maybe three or four months only.

We have the Platinum Drinkwell Pet Fountain and the motor finally gave out and we bought this Jebao pump as a replacement. We did have to switch out a few parts from the original pump in order to make this one work, as some reviews mentioned. It worked... however it went from a strong flow to a weak flow that isn't strong enough to flow over the plastic piece in the reservoir as it should. (see photo). We purchased this replacement in March so it has been just over 2 months. Also, the lever to adjust the flow never worked with this pump.
I do clean the fountain regularly 3-4x a week and replace the carbon filter every month so I would have expected a longer life for the pump. The original lasted over 6 years.
