Good for flavoring drinks and food, but not as good for baking

I love Splenda. It sweetens my food and drinks really well, almost exactly like sugar, but it takes less. The reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is that it doesn't do as well for baking as does sugar. Desserts just don't come out as well as they do with regular sugar. I don't know if it's because it is so much lighter and fluffier or what, but it doesn't bake up like sugar does, and it changes the flavor a bit. Other than that, I love it

I love splenda so much, can it get any better than a giant bag of splenda? I think not! It's great for you, has no side effects and it's MUCH better for you than sugar. This lasts me a longggg time too, it's wonderful!
