I am a woman and finding anything race related for us is still a chore unless you go custom made. I normally wear a size 8.5-9 in women's and went with the 7. These shoes fit me perfectly! As for getting into them, just loosen up the laces and no worries. Plus these look great, they really stand apart from the typical Simpson shoes. I also like the fact that they are leather not suede and will hold up much better.

Was looking for a more convenient and lighter boot to wear when I didn't want to struggle with my Alpine Star Boots. These were impossible to put on because the laces were way way too big. After I changed the laces I found them to be uncomfortable to walk in with the shoe pressing on the top of my foot. I'm hoping to break them in by wearing them.
