We purchased the artesian filter a year ago to replace a standard osmosis system. I had become concerned about drinking water with no mineral content and felt lucky to find this system on Amazon. It was the only system I found that offered mineral replacement.
It was very easy to install, especially as we had the other system previously installed and had a decent working understanding of under sink filter systems. The instructions were very clear, and the color coding was a great assistant.
After installing we were having a little issue. I called the customer service line, got someone on the phone quickly who ran through my installation with me. We discovered that one of the little valves was malfunctioning on the big tank. The person I spoke to promised to have a replacement for the valve quickly mailed to me and was very apologetic.
We received the new valve in 2 days and quickly replaced the old one, primed the system and everything worked perfectly. A company representative called to make sure that everything went well and was working.
I have had two people, unprompted, remark on the taste of this water. It's great - pure and sweet. It reminds me of the water out of our well when I was a kid - we had an artisan well in the middle of the wilderness. I feel really happy to be able to provide such a high quality water to my son.
As far as the company - obviously I am really happy with the level of integrity and customer care.

So far, it is functioning very well. The taste of the water is comparable to bottle water and even better than some brands. The good thing about it is that, it only uses 1:1 gallon of water exchange. There are many on the market that uses 3:1 or even 4:1 gallons exchange and that's a lot of waste, especially if you live in a desert like I do. The storage tank is adequate for us and the flow from the faucet is very good. I would recommend buying one with a motor in it. It makes a few clicking sound when the exchange is going on, but not very noticeable unless you stand by the sink and listen for it.

Purchased this unit 2 years ago. Install was easy and great tasting water. Replaced the filters after a year was a breeze. About 3 months ago the water started to trickle out. Now we get no water at all. We have trouble shot everything we have read and seen in videos. Will from the company call me asking if he could have lead tech trouble shoot with me. After working on the unit over the phone it became know that their were issues with our unit. Will reassured me that it will be taken care of. The company sent me a replacement unit. It's refreshing that a company stands by is products even after two years. Installed the new unit and it worked like a charm. Best customer service I've worked with in a long time. They have earned my business for life. You cannot go wrong with this company and this unit. Buy with no hesitation.

I installed this system under the sink when we moved out to farm country. We are surrounded by farms, and the pesticides and fertilizer (not to mention crazy iron, manganese, and general hardness) make our water undrinkable, smelly, and gross. We have a basic water softening system, which removes most of the smell, but we still couldn't drink the water. The Home Master System fixed all that. Water tastes great, and has plenty of output for our family of four. Installation was easy, including adding our refrigerator. ICE CUBES are PERFECTLY CLEAR, and don't STINK. The system is very basic to install, input to output, and the fittings are similar to PEX fittings. Very DIY. We have used the system for a year and a half. I have had no lack of fresh water, (including cooking) and installing new filters was easy. Customer service is great; we had no problems getting the fridge kit, as an afterthought. Thanks!

I've had this system for over a year now and really cannot say enough good things about it. In terms of the product, the quality is excellent. The water tastes great. I recently ordered a TDS test on Amazon to ensure that the system was working as we had moved and the tap water at our new house has an awful smell. The tap water tested at a 491, which is disturbingly high. The RO water tested between a 35 and 41. I was very happy with this result considering how high the TDS level was to start with as well as the fact that the calcium and mangesium being re-added to the water were raising the level. In terms of service, also A plus. We recently moved and had a plumber install our system that we took with us. He completely botched the job. Perfect water had me ship our system back to them where they put it back together correctly and then sent it back to me- all for no cost. They also walked us through the entire installation over the phone to ensure we had no issues this time. Again, great company, great product.
