This stabilizer is effective, fast and easy to use. I love the behind the knee strap that keeps it from sliding out of place. I've also found that it works well with "Hot Cold Knee & Elbow Therapy Wrap". The sizing of this knee support is very flexible and generous, so that it can accommodate the ice pack underneath. This knee support holds the cold pack in firm contact with my knee so that I can walk around and still get the benefit of a cold pack. When I'm done with the cold treatment, I remove the cold pack....tighten up the knee support and I'm ready for the rest of the day.

It fit ok, diameter wise, but did not size well for the kneecap. It would have fit someone much smaller. I am only 6ft, but it needed another inch for the kneecap surround. Tried to use once.
