The stickers that were included were not as "sticky" as I'd hoped. We would have really needed to use a glue stick to keep the decorations stuck to box. Other than that the all in one craft was perfect for my daughter's 10th bday Craft Party.

Great craft idea for AG lovers. My 11 year old nieces loved, and I mean, LOVED working with these. One minor grievance - the green decorative stickers that cover the sides and top of the boxes rip easily when pulling them off the paper. There are also a lot of pieces you have to punch out too, because they haven't been properly prepared so that you can just pull it off the paper and be ready. My nieces were a little frustrated about that, but decided just to skip that part. They enjoyed the letters, spelling their names, and the use of stickers to make 3D decorations. It comes with teeny tiny white squares to make a decorations 2-level.
The boxes are sturdy, not cheap. They're not fine furniture, obviously, but sturdy enough to withstand use by a tween.

Perfect Party Craft for Your American Girl Doll Lover!

I purchased this item as a craft for my daughter's "American Girl Doll" themed 10th birthday party. It was a hit!!! The girl's had a blast decorating their treasure boxes. Each girl had a separate kit that included a box with its own set of decorations. That way everyone had the same decorations from which to choose. The boxes were well made and very sturdy. The decorations were fun and playful and just crafty enough for my daughter's friends, but easy enough for younger siblings to enjoy as well. This craft was perfect for a party setting because there is no messy glue involved. Every decoration is a peel-and-stick making clean up quick. And the girls could use there craft right away. There's no drying time. Once the boxes were ready, I filled them with candies and small items to use as their party favors.
