These are exactly what they say they are. Not sure if you could ask for much more. I am using mine for an LED light bar project, utilizing 100 watt LED's, so not sure if these will meet the heat dissipation needs for my project.
The quality is good but the specs do not state what thread size they are taped for, I found that it is 4mm x .7mm, but don't go over 10mm in length or it will run into the first fin of the heat sink.
