This is BEAUTIFUL! As others have mentioned, it is quite a red mahogany but this doesn't detract from the overall beauty. Putting the legs on takes a little patience but went smoothly overall and they are firmly attached with the included wrench. I agree with others that the music storage area is a bit flimsy (with particle board on the bottom) but it's still handy for various loose sheets of music or small, thin books. Love it!

We had limited funds for a piano bench, but wanted one that was sturdy, comfortable enough for two, and reasonably attractive. This fits the bill. The padding is a nice bonus. The included wrench was useful for assembly. For those who care, the color tends toward the burgundy/cordoban (reddish) end of the brown spectrum. Recommended.

This is one of the most beautiful and sturdy piano benches I have found. I love it! You won't be disappointed. The color is a little bit more red than my piano, but it is very hard to match the color of my 100+ year old piano.
