This works good and was definitely worth it for the price. It's made pretty solidly built but as you are rolling it if you push to hard or hits a bump it somtimes pushes back in because it doesn't lock when extended, and over the counter it has a flimsy piece of plastic but you get more then what you pay for. If I was going to need one all the time I would go for one of higher quality but for occasional use and to save money It was well worth it.

Nothing special here and not built for heavy use, but if you're looking for a basic measuring tool for occasional use it works perfectly. I needed to measure my fence line around a couple of pastures and expect to do other similar things occasionally. For that level of use, the quality is fine. Just don't buy it if you're a contractor or professional
