Pretty good canned bacon.

Better than I expected for canned product. Not quite as salty as should be, and is rather greasy, so wipe with a paper towel before heating.
I had to remove both ends of the can to push it out. Took all bacon out of the very greasy paper, wiped it off, and put it into a ziploc bag to refridgerate.
I nuked some slices for 30 seconds to heat. Taste is decent, this IS bacon. Need to experiment a bit to find the proper time to make it crispy. Better than the pre-cooked bacon from the store.
It is expensive, but any good LTS food is.

i have read a lot of reviews on this but had to try it and i have to say they where all right the bacon tasted great i heated mine up in the microwave for a few seconds but it was good right out the can to i would highly recommend this to any one who likes bacon it is really good there are roughly around 50 very thin pieces of bacon it is thinner than i thought it would be but great as a snack or as a meal with some chips my can lasted about 48 hours between me and one other person who loves bacon so buy more than one can if you like bacon it goes fast.

While there is a very slight tinny after taste at first, it absolutely tasted like freshly cooked bacon. And they pack a lot into a can! In an emergency, the bacon grease, which is in the can and on the paper wrapping, could also be very useful. Definitely worth a try and has a place in your pantry.
