Corn is Corn, but this Mexicorn tasted no different than a regular can of plain corn. The last two can we got from the store looked like the green & red peppers were the skin of the peppers. They were so small and paper thin, you couldn't even taste them.
A week later mom diced up a green and red pepper - equal to the size of the corn kernels and mixed the three together. Wow, what a difference when you can actually chew on and actually taste the peppers.
We will contine buying regular cans of Green Giant corn and blending in out own diced peppers.
