A fun product. It's nice and loud and has a good quality bell sound. I wish the whistle was a real whistle sound, however, and not a clicking sound. Still it works very well and I'm definitely keeping it. Also noteworthy is the fact this unit is very easy to hang on a wall, without even a stud if you use a proper anchor. This makes hiding the cord, saving shelf space, etc., very easy. The buttons, lights, and overall build appear to be top notch, and I would expect this unit to last 10 years or more, based on the same.

Some minor quibbles:
I really wish this unit had a power off switch so that it didn't have to be "always on." I don't like pointless power suckage/unnecessary wear in modern electronics. Additionally, I wish changing the time from 1 minute to 5 or 9, etc., was faster -- so that the longer you held the button, the faster it changed, requiring a maximum of a few seconds to change from 1 to 9 minutes. This type of "acceleration" feature is common in modern electronics (e.g., alarm clocks, TVs, etc.) Note, this is only an issue if you change the time (rest or work, or both) by more than, say, 2 or 3 minutes frequently. I do, because I don't just use this timer for boxing, and some of my stuff takes longer than I can last on the bag. There is also a slightly annoying "hiss" sound when the bell sounds, but it's generally not audible unless you are standing right next to the unit. Again, I consider these minor flaws. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

A great timer with both audio and visual indicators. I use it to teach my kickboxing class and also interval training with my wife. The variable time for rounds and rest make it ideal for the different drills that require different lengths. Also the audio cues for are helpful for closing rounds hard for the last 30 secs. The buttons make it easy to adjust times with your toes when your all decked out in gloves and gear. The lights makes sure you don't drill on the rest period by mistake. I hated that on our old timer.

Great product for timing rounds and interval training. Very motivating.

This is a really nice little addition to my boxing gym. My fighter's not only can hear it but can see exactly where they are during a sparring match Just like they would in a state Championship.
