It is a little higher off the floor than the one at Rehab; however, my P.T. said this is better for
one to gain more strength when balancing on the pad.
I keep it in my family room and use it as I pass by the pad on numerous occasions.

Sit 2 Stand

Has the perfect firmness that I was looking for. I had ordered several other pads but had to return them. I needed something firm enough to sit on that also helped me propel myself-up from a seated position. I just had knee replacement surgery and have difficulty bending my knees enough to get-up. This was prefect and also comfortable to sit on.

Four stars because it met all expectations but did not excel. I bought this to continue my physical therapy after a back operation. My focus is balance and foot strength / improvement. I am 75 years old and weigh about 200 pounds. The pad works quite properly with no evidence of breakdown of the foam in the month plus I have been using it and the firmness of the foam works quite well for my weight. The size of the pad is quite adequate and the pad does not slide on the floor during use. The price was very good compared to the competitors. All in all, a satisfactory product.

It came extremely quick and it's better than expected. I am rehabbing from torn MCL and meniscus and my physical therapist has a balance pad to help strengthen the muscles around the MCL this pad is better than the one my physical therapist has. :)
Great pad for standing desk. Pretty firm with just a little give and good cushion under the feet.

I bought this balance pad on my chiropractor's recommendation. I just started using a standing desk at work (actually, a convertible sit-to-stand desk) and I stand on this pad in order to keep my core engaged and keep my body just slightly active so it doesn't sink into one position on the hard floor. The pad is fairly firm - it has just a bit of give, enough so that I have to work just slightly, but not so much that it's tiring or distracting. It's very lightweight, but seems solidly made and easy to clean.
