Looks very expensive and seems like great quality. I havent used it too much but the heat and vibration is a nice extra. It is not a rolling massage chair it only vibrates. Would give 5 or 6 stars if it was rolling massage but not back fro the price and i like how slender it is. It is not bulky. I do wish is had better arm rest but i would stilll recommend to anyone.

I would like to confirm th good, bad, and the interesting that everyone has mentioned about in the threads about this chair.
Pros:
- very comfortable
- leathersoft bonded leather looks and feels way better than any other bonded leather that I've experienced.
- it took me roughly 15 minutes to put together
- it arrived roughly 4 days after purchase
- okay vibrating feature for the price
- lightweight and great height for me ( I'm 5'11")
- Heated lumbar option
Cons:
- the box it arrived in was beaten like a rented mule
- it's fairly difficult to keep it in the upright position
- the massage feature is okay but more of a novelty
- I'm still wondering what's the difference between this chair and the BCP massage chair w/ottoman which is $165
- heating option is more of a novelty
This is my first night and so far I love it. I will update my review 6 months from now.

The chair and ottoman arrived fast. The product was exactly a described. It was easy to put together. The final screw on the top part of the chair required a second pair of hands but was easy to align and put in. The back of the chair is tall enough to support my neck and head. The seat is plenty wide enough for a large adult and does not take a lot of space. The chair is extremely comfortable and the ottom is the right height to properly support my legs. The messaged, though not a s***su type, does vibrate. The vibration and mode choices make it quite nice when I select the mode to rotate where it messages. The ottoman also vibrates and has several rotation choices. Yes there is even a heat option. Excellent for the price!

I bought this massaging chair for my wife on Valentine's Day and she can't get enough of it after her long days at work. The chair has multiple function with the included remote. Unboxing this chair was pretty easy and didn't take much "know-how" to assemble. I've tested the chair myself, and I was very impressed with the different massaging modes and the deep massage that the chair offers. The chair is also fully reclining. I have't been able to find a flaw in this massage chair yet! We continue to use in on a semi-daily basis and will most likely do so for a long time to come.
