Bought these subs/enclosure for a budget stereo project and paired them with a Boss R1100m monoblock amp (https://www.amazon.com/BOSS-Audio-R1100M-Monoblock-Amplifier/dp/B004S4XNEO/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8) and they hit pretty hard -- plenty of bass for my needs.
They look nice and the enclosure fits nicely in my hatchback. If you are looking to add some bass to a smaller vehicle, these should do pretty well. There's lots of better options, but for the price and convenience, these do very well.

Seriously a great deal for Subwoofers! The first day I got them I hooked them up to my amp and wow! They pack a punch! For the price, I'm quite pleased. They shake my mirror like no tomorrow. Would recommend for anyone who is looking for great bass on a lower budget!

Purchased 2 of these speakers. I hooked one set up to the BOSS 1100W mono amp and was pleasantly surprised with the results. I have read mixed reviews and decided to try them for myself. The boxes arrived in good condition. The speakers were packaged well. I stayed away from the combo set with amp because so many reviews where very bad and decided to try out the BOSS 1100W mono amp. This is not a review about the amp but it is not 1100W as advertised but it does a great job at providing more than enough power to push the woofers. It sounds really good and you can of course tune it to your liking. I would recommend purchasing these if on a budget. Try pricing a box by itself then buying the speakers separate or spending the time to build one. I have done both and you can't go wrong with this purchase. To top it off a amp that pushes it very well and so far has not overheated on me for under 50 bucks!!!!! But do not forget to by the wiring kit which is under 20 bucks. If you are on a budget like me installing this and listening to your favorite music driving down the road will put a big smile on your face. In short this is a very good setup for the price and shipping was fast and free.
