I've had this for a couple of months now. It looks great in playroom and holds all of my toddlers toys. However the screws come loose very easily which causes the chest to pull apart and break. My husband and I are constantly tightening the screws which is annoying because we have to take all the toys out. Tightening the screws only fixes the problem for about a day until they get loose again and the chest comes apart. Even though the chest looks nice I feel like a big plastic bin is a lot safer.

Absolutely love this! It is a bit small but my daughter does have a ton of toys. However we made it work and its absolutely stunning in her room.
I didn't want to get her a Disney one or a toddler one due to when she grows up she won't be able to use it....so this one is absolutely perfect. I'm even considering buying another for our bedroom (Husband and I).
If you're worried about packaging, I live in Hawaii and this was perfectly shipped, no damages what-so-ever. I was hard to open but I'd rather have extra protection that's hard to open verses light protection and getting a damaged item.

Went together easily and holds about 24 pairs of shoes when standing up, heel to toe. My one complaint is that the lid is not rated for an adult to sit. So you will not be able to sit to pull on your shoes. But it is really cute, and has a soft close lid.
Don't buy this one.

I would not recommend this product to anyone. I have ordered lots of furniture over the years to assemble but this one was, not only poor quality, the directions were very difficult to interpret. We had to leave out one of the wood pegs because the predrilled holes were not aligned. Also the is nothing stating the the lid will not be able to be opened all the way with the safety hinge in place. The hinges were cheap and ugly. Black on a white chest. The chest was particle board covered by a very thin layer of white laminate that was already chipped in a couple of places. Not sure how anyone gave this product 5 stars, which is one reason I purchased.

I purchased this for my grandchildren. My daughter was delighted to get it, especially because I put it together for her. It is 50 lbs and hard to carry once putting together though. It isn't real wood but for the price it is pretty good if you put it together as directed. Whatever you do DON'T USE AN ELECTRIC DRILL or SCREWDRIVER. It is easy to hand screw anyway. All the pieces were there when it arrived. Be sure to check before you start putting it together especially if you need it right away. It took me about an hour to put together. The directions are pretty good but some parts are confusing. And the finish scratched very easily. Luckily the piece I scratched with the handle of the screwdriver was on the inside and didn't show. I put it together on a rug which worked well. It seems to be strong enough for toys and a toddler on top. But I wouldn't allow grownups to sit on it if you want it too last. I'd say it is best for lighter weight toys and stuffies. It is very attractive but not something you will hand down to other family members.
