The cables worked great. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that my two monitors did not have the capability of stretching my screen across both of them. Wrong video card in my computer or something. These cables allowed me to mirror my desktop on both monitors, so in the sense that they allowed for two monitors to be used simultaneously, they most definitely worked.
