When we first started to install this product it was impossible, but thanks to Ben King we got it going, or I should say
he got it going. The software is not user friendly, but again, after several phone calls to Ben who was more than
patient with me, I am fairly comfortable with Fingertec. I know that if I have a problem all I need to do is call Ben
and he usually calls me back within two hours. So the product is good and the service is amazing.

I've been looking for a good Biometric Time and Attendance Clock, not so expensive. With this model I just hit the jackpot. It's so simple to use and the interface is very user friendly. The software works great and has a bunch of cool features. I was having issues getting the transactions and contacted Tech Support from FingerTec and they were great. They responded my email within 3 hours and solve my problem right away by connecting to your PC and help you see what you did wrong.
So it's great if you need this sort of system and also great tech support can't hurt, right? ;)

This is an awesome unit and a good price! I can't complain. I bought this to upgrade from a TQ100 terminal which lacked severely in features and functionality!
Some of the main features I like in this unit is the networking ability, stacking and using multiple terminals and being able to group them as I want and the colored LCD that shows your print when scanned (that's awesome looking and can help if your print is rejected you actually get to see WHY it was rejected because the image is on screen). This thing boots up super fast because it's running on a Linux OS. The ability to transfer finger print profiles from one terminal to another is great! Saves you from re-registering users all over again if you have multiple machines.
For the price and the fantastic tech support you get I'd say this is a great deal!

After speaking with Ryan in technical support he recommedned the FingerTec AC100C. Initially we purchased a TA300, but it did not do what we needed. In follow up calls with Ryan, he helped us get our AC100C up and running. I only gave this product 4 out of 5 stars because the manual and software were difficult to understand and follow. The manual and software tell you how to change settings, but does not explain what the settings actual mean as they relate to a business. I was told that FingerTec is aware of the useability issues with the software and have a new version coming out in a few weeks. Technical support gets 5 out of 5 stars and we will be purchasing a unit for another location in the near future.
