Two packages arrived a day apart from each other. We unpacked and organized the pieces, and my husband and I had this island put together in 45 minutes! We were thrilled! Directions were very easy to follow. All the holes matched up perfectly, and they provided extra hardware. It's a very sturdy piece of furniture and looks fantastic in my kitchen! Now the only dilemma I have is what to put in it :)

I am sooooo pleased with this product. Just like some of the other reviews, it came very well packaged and all the parts were included even a couple extra screws were included. All parts were labeled so when reading the very well simple instructions it was easy to refer to the part needed. I put it together by myself and it took an hour and a half. I am so Happy! It fits perfect in my kitchen and go with the decor. See my photo attached!ðŸ˜

Island arrived in two large boxes.. they are pretty heavy, so have someone available to heft them into the house. We sorted parts and had everything we needed to put things together. It was straightforward, just lay everything out and read thru the instructions before starting, and you should be fine. My husband and I had it put together in about 90 minutes...but getting rid of all the packing material took a good bit of time too. We think it is a pretty solid piece of furniture, is well finished, and looks really nice in the kitchen. the only thing we are now looking for is a protective glass topper for it, so we don't damage the finish, since it does get fairly heavy use. The instructions say not to put anything hot on the surface, and not to use anything other than damp cloth to clean it. Glad we found this one.

I looked everywhere for an affordable, yet quality kitchen island. I was afraid to get this one because of the bad reviews, but I also liked what people said on the good ones. I'm so glad I got it! It is sturdy and just beautiful!! I love it!!
I am a 5'3 middle aged woman, with chronic back problems, with no experience on assembly furniture. Well, I put it together by myself! You just need to pay attention on the names of each hardware and each step. Take your time, don't rush and you'll can do it too!
It came in two heavy boxes. Not a problem! I just opened them outside and brought each piece in.
The color is not true white, but kind of a mix of white and light beige with a light distress look. For me it worked with the rest of my furniture.
Just like one of the buyers said on her review, I can't stop looking at it!

We love this kitchen island. We are using it against the wall next to the stove for counter space. It really pops against my wall color. And it gives my cheap outdated cabinets a new lease on life. I didn't plan it but the wood top matches the cabinets perfectly. I chose this kitchen island because it has very similar legs as my kitchen table that I plan to paint white to match. It was packages well with no damage in shipping. Assembling this was really easy and instruction clear. I like that most of it was already assembled. Just had to put the sides on, attache the bottom, place the shelves and put the legs on. Doors were easy to put on. Drawer was already assembled and the 4 sides of the drawer is one solid piece. Some people were saying that the screws did not line up right when they went to put the legs on. I don't think this is a defect in the piece. You have to pull the longer legs toward the shelves as you pull the bottom piece toward the legs until you see the screw hole through the hole in the bottom piece. Then you drop the bolts in and tighten. It is made that way to make the shelves more secure. Ours is not wobbly at all and it is a very sturdy kitchen island that looks like we paid twice as much for it. We might buy another one for the other wall of out kitchen to replace the other falling apart counter we have there. And later on we might get a white farm sink now because this kitchen island almost begs for a farm sink to match it. The only con to this piece is that there is no drawer stop. So it is very possible for a kid or even an adult to accidentally pull the drawer all the way out. I've had to make this drawer off limits for my kids because I am afraid they will get hurt if the drawer comes all the way out.
