My mom went missing when I was 16.. it took 9 years for someone to find her then it took a month for the police to release her remains... cremation was best for our situation but I wanted to find the perfect Urn for her but still have apart of her with me. I've spent a long time looking and I finally found this beautiful necklace. I love it and it's absolutely perfect. The material is great and the chain isn't fragile my ONLY complaint is that a small funnel wasn't included to put the ashes into the small urn within the heart.

I have ordered a few of the urn necklaces. This one is very pretty but a little large for me but the quality and looks are very nice.

The chain broke my neck out really bad, switched it out and it's fine now. I had to wrap a little wire around the top to prevent the vile on the inside from slipping out when it opened a little. Also, the heart part turned my shirts color, so I made the chain longer so it hung in a way not to rub my shirt as much. Over all I do like it as I don't fear the remains coming out of the holder since they are in a vile, in the heart.

I bought this last month when I had to have my 16 year old Yorkie put to sleep. Max was a member of the family, so losing him was very difficult. I wanted to have a way to keep him with me. I had him cremated, however, I couldn't see myself separating his ashes. The vet cut a lock of hair for me, instead.

When the locket/urn came, I was aware of the complaints about it, so I was hesitant to part with a lock of hair, because I did not want to lose it. One challenge is the urn, of course, is very tiny. However, I was able to use tweezers to put just a small lock of hair inside and then put the cap on. The locket does come slightly open sometimes, however, it's not a problem, as the chain goes through the loop(s), so it stays closed. Part of it might be my fault, because in my own anxiety following the loss, I have fidgeted with it a lot, so I have opened/closed it frequently (not fully opening, just snapping/unsnapping).

Overall, I love it. It allows me to take a piece of my precious furbaby with me at all times. I have had no problems with it, and think it's a beautiful piece. One small issue is that one day I was wearing a white shirt, and it DID cause black smears along the neckline, which was strange. Otherwise, love it.

Simply beautiful! This is such a beautiful way to keep your loved one with you always. I absolutely love this necklace my father now has a way to keep my momma with him. Cherishable!
