I am 6ft 250lbs 48 chest, 38waist and settled on a XXL. I got an XL and although it fit, It was more form fitting and when extending my arms all the way up, it would ride into my crotch a bit. The XXL is a tad big in the legs but definitely not a dealbreaker. Will get another.

This is a nice quality coverall. Because the women's coveralls were more than $10 more, and there was no significant difference, the men's size medium was ordered. For reference, this will be worn by a female, 5'4", who normally wears a size 12-14, or medium to large. The legs are a bit longer than expected, and may require rolling up, even when wearing work boots. The coveralls were also tried on with a hoody underneath, and does fit, but a bit snug. A a thin hoody is a better option to layer under, as a thick hoody is not ideal.

Nicely made coveralls very good protection from dirt n grime used them twice so far mowing acre of land n weed whacking just shook them out n hung them up for next use The brass zipper n couple steel snaps work good for getting in n out of coveralls worth the $40.
