Good to have to be able to switch up the ...

Good to have to be able to switch up the pillows a bit. Sometimes it helps me fall asleep and I'll move it aside later in the night. Comfortable for the most part. There are some that are filled with beads so make sure you look at that as the beads kind of annoy me because any little movement and it's right in your ear.
Ear hole helps

Having ear pain due to compression against my polyfill type pillow. Pain would wake me up at night. Bought this because it has a hole for my ear. Sounds silly, but it seems to work. it fits around my shoulder and I place my ear over the 'ear hole'. Getting a more restful sleep now. Little bit cumbersome when I flip from one side to the next. Have to reposition the pillow. That's me, not the pillow. The cover is nice. Has a zipper to pull off for washing. May order another cover that I saw on Amazon. The only thing I'm not keen on is the filling bunches up. Haven't used this long so don't have better feedback on the longevity of the product. So far, works as advertised.
but I would like to get/make a cover that is a higher thread ...

Wish I had found this sooner! I used to wake up daily with neck and shoulder pain before I purchased this pillow and now I rarely have pain when I wake up. The cover comes off for washing, but I would like to get/make a cover that is a higher thread count or maybe microfiber because I find that the cover that comes with it is just a little abrasive on my sensitive skin.
Different from my other similar pillow.

This was different from the one I thought I was getting. The one I had before was a bit smaller and had a "scrunchy" filling. This pillow was basically the same, but had a more compact filling. It is not a bad pillow, just different from my original. I haven't decided yet whether I really like it or not.
Well worth the $10 I paid!

I think this is a great pillow. It's much better than that last one I purchased (as seen on TV) that didn't hold up well at all. I haven't washed it or anything yet and I did have a minor issue with the zipper after the first use, but I just unzipped and rezipped it and it seems fine.
