We have always wanted a set of these but were scared off by the price. Found these on sale and happy to report that the quality of the set is great. Did not give five stars because of law did not give five stars because of the carry bag - it does seem a bit flimsy and expect to have to replace it down the road. We did leave the cardboard box inside the case as another reviewer suggested.

great starter set for people that know nothing about Bocce ball. Bought for picnics and this is a hit. Good price for the quality and easy recreation. If you're passionate about bocce ball, you probably want a better set.
Please do yourself a favor and spend the extra $10-15 for this set. It will be worth it.

Excellent set! We are not active bocce players, but we wanted the option to play when we hang down by the shore. This is a great starter set. The balls do not chip when they hit one another. We've had the set for about two weeks now and the white lines of paint which differentiates the balls by pattern has started to fade. It does not effect the game play however. Please do yourself a favor and spend the extra $10-15 for this set. It will be worth it.
