World's worst cook here.... This one turned out beautifully for me. You can't go wrong! I was a little annoyed that I paid $6.50 for a box of ingredients I have on hand, but told myself that it was nice to see there were no mystery chemicals/additives inside.

I like the mix and it is easy to use, but very pricey. A local grocery store carries their brand of angel food cake at half the price but only in the month of May. For now this will have to be my angel food cake fix!

The best Gluten free angel food cake there is! I have to order it from Amazon now since the stores around here don't carry it anymore :( But at least I can still get it here and we love it! Tastes just like regular and if you didn't know it was gluten free you wouldn't know, just the way I like it!

I agree with all those who voiced their opinion about it not being completely done on the inside, I wanted to try this GF box cake, I didn't mind the dozen egg whites because I purchased egg whites separately, but as a bakery/pastry chef, I don't recommend this product, I increased the cooking time by 5 min and it was not completely done on the inside, waste of money and waste of two other boxes
