So I have a wisdom tooth. I brush my teeth with this and I've been doing so for years and I've never had any pain from a wisdom tooth, my mom said brushing with something really strong like that always helped her teeth with her mouth pain and after doing so I never felt any pain from the wisdom tooth using something like green Listerine and green scope will help you End it definitely cleans your mouth, I usually only put 1/4 of a teaspoon maybe 2/4 If I'm not using toothpaste, and then afterward, most of the time, I don't need to use toothpaste, unless it's before bed
