I didn't get as many carrots as in the picture. My beef was both tender and tough. Either because I misunderstood the "medium" setting for my microwave, or because the meat is on top and therefore was able to dry out a bit.
Still, I will eat it again and probably buy some of their other meals to try also.

If you aren't expecting a steakhouse Ribeye steak and realize this is a shelf-stable meal of fairly decent quality, then this is pretty good. These aren't cheap, but they are oodles better than Hormel Completes.
