We just received our fountain and it is just beautiful! It looks better in person than it does in the photo. We had a few glitches. With the set up because the instructions were not clear, but we were amazed that they gave an actual phone number for customer service where you can talk to a live person. They walked us through the installation and we had the fountain on in 5 minutes! For future reference to anyone else who may be confused... the short wire off of the pump where you connect one of the 2 pronged connection can be submerged under water. We also didn't know how much water we should add. They said... the pump must be totally submerged. That's the least amount of water. You can add more water, which we did, to increase the amount of water flowing. We kept adding water until we liked the way it looked. A beautiful water feature!

I don't know the first thing about fountains or how the pumps work or anything, and this still only took about zero minutes to set up! (Ok, moving it around the yard, plugging it in, and filling it up took about 20 minutes total.) It is lightweight enough for me to carry to any location in the yard (as long as it's empty) and I refill it with the hose & add 3 drops of anti-algae treatment about once a week. It is my favorite thing in my whole yard, it's the perfect size. I wanted something that had a "waterfall" (not just water streaming over a ball), AND had lights, AND would still look good even in the winter months when there's no water in it. (AND I wanted something between 3-4 feet tall AND I wanted something affordable.) In the end, this was the only fountain that fit the bill. So happy with my purchase! I've only had it for about a month, so I'll update later if anything changes.

After only a month the color is coming off the fountain. It is not a through-color molded product but rather just a surface-painted resin that is actually light blue. And that surface paint apparently dissolves when exposed to what it is required to be exposed to constantly: plain water. Very disappointing. The fountain is nice looking otherwise (thus 2 stars) but this is a major flaw. Rather than return this huge thing which would be a major hassle I guess I will have to find something to touch it up, and keep touching it up as it continues to fail. Bummer.

The fountain is fantastic...looks great in front of the house (wouldn't recommend it as much for indoors). The lighting is beautiful and the fountain runs perfectly. While it looks heavy it was easily moved into place by one person. In this case you will get what you pay for since it looks more expensive then what you will pay. Highly recommend it and would buy from them again in a heartbeat!
