Half the price of the same thing in stores and works just fine. This isn't rocket science. Fill it with hot water and sit. Dump and refill it manually and forget about the tube if you want to. Better relief than the over the counter ointments I've been trying. Treat yourself for eleven dollars.

Looks pretty cheap but I bought so many disposable ones before this but its been more than 30-40 times i have used it and is perfect. My BMI is 21. So kinda small just to give idea that if you are in heavier side this product may break but for me has been perfect...
