No bolt and washer provided

No hardware to screw shade to the top. You'll have to spend an extra trip and some time to match a bolt and washer to the gold hue.

It's perfect for a wide drum shade and IKEA floor lamp! I was getting really tired of a floor lamp. I just happened to order a drum lamp shade for another lamp, then it didn't work out. Then I got the idea that this could bring new life to the IKEA floor lamp! It sure did! The harp is perfect. Be aware that it does not come with a finial, but they are so cheap online if you don't have one handy. This is the only one that would fit an ikea lamp to hold a mid century lamp shade. Worked great. Love it happy with purchase. FYI be sure to measure your lamp first to get correct one.

I purchased a lamp base and separate shade from Ikea's discount center. I needed an adapter to fit for European style lamps. This Harp Adapter from Amazon works well on the lamp with a convenient twist-on knob. I recommend this adapter for any European lamp stand and shade..
