Great cement. Works for repair patches on my vinyl inflatable boat. Coat both surfaces. Let dry a bit. Re-coat both surfaces and apply the patch.

So far so good! I purchased this to use with a 1/2 yard of heavy vinyl I purchased at a local fabric store. The intended purpose was to cut a patch out of the vinyl and apply it to cover the tear in my tonneau cover on my pickup truck. I cut the patch to the size of about 4 x 24 inches and put two applications of HH-66 on both the patch and on the tonneau cover surrounding the tear and then carefully applied the patch. It has been holding great! When it rains, the cover holds the water on top and no more leaks. I am Very happy with the results!

I believe it works well--just wish there were a 'matte' finish so it wouldn't show up so brightly on vinyl.
