First, this is a good heavy duty, quality lock. I was installing on an older door, so had to work a little harder on the door prep, but the lock is solid.
I did have an issue with the lock, after being installed for two weeks. I contacted the seller / distributor and the problem was handled quickly and by a very helpful customer service rep (thanks Erin!)

The action on the handle is nice and smooth and it looks very nice

The action on the handle is nice and smooth and it looks very nice. It took a little bit of work for it to fit in the old door. The alignment was a little off on the holes and the mortise was just a hair narrower than it should have been. I just love the new handle. Now if I had to pick negatives, the deadbolt length is a little long and the inside handle has more play in it than I'd like but it is such a nice upgrade that I can't justify taking a star away.

I'm a landlord in New York City and all my doors have mortise locks. When one tenant's lock aged itself out this made a perfect replacement, and I used the knob/plate assemblies for another tenant having issues with that. The quality and construction are good, they work as they should and came as advertised.
I'm still holding on to the cylinder that came with it, I'm sure I'll find a use for an extra good cylinder sometime soon.
