I used it for an hour and felt like I had a really good workout when I got ...

I have used this once so far since it arrived today and it worked well. I used it for an hour and felt like I had a really good workout when I got done. The machine isn't overly loud, I didn't need to blast my TV to still hear it. I don't think it's any louder than someone running on a treadmill, but it does have some sound. The faster you go, the louder it is, but it still isn't super loud. For a machine under $100, I am impressed with it. It's fairly easy to move around if you need to move it to somewhere else and does not take up a lot of space. It took my Dad about 30-45 minutes to assemble it and there were no issues. You definitely need to wear tennis shoes on it or your feet will slide around on the pedals. The pedals are at a little bit of an incline when they are up, but if you have shoes on you shouldn't slide around. I saw some reviews mentioning being too tall or too short, I am 5'1 and did not have any issues using this machine. If I run into any issues with the machine I will update my review, but overall I am really pleased with this machine for the price.
and lower abdomen all feel nice and toned after I use it

For the money, it is definitely worth it. My thighs, derriere, and lower abdomen all feel nice and toned after I use it. The instructions that came with it were in German, but it isn't difficult to put together. It took about an hour and a half. There are two complaints I have: first, it is a little louder than I'd hoped, but not so loud that I can hear it with my headphones on, so I don't care about that. The second one is what's keeping me from giving it five stars: the pedals are pointing downward so you slide forward if you aren't going faster than about 6 mph (and sometimes even when you are going faster). I ended up buying a pair of running shoes just for using this to help combat the problem since running shoes usually are designed to help keep you from slipping, but still, come on. Who thought downward pointing pedals was a good idea?
My life loves it.

My wife wanted it to finish off our home gym. Not an easy install and I'm pretty handy. Jumped the track once when I used it but I added more grease to the wheels and it hasn't happened since.
Shaking and sloppy

It's shaking too much and uncomfortable to use. I have a treadmill and wanted some alternates but now I just stick up with treadmill and not even think about using this machine. I wish it was more stable.
I like this but it needs a mat

I like this but it needs a mat . I bought the stamina fold to keep it from moving and keep my wooden floor from being scratch, great equipment to have. Keep it close to the TV so you can use it as much as you can.
