For me they work as they are supposed to. I have noticed though that my first 2 purchases the adhesive was great. The pads stayed in place. My recent purchase, the adhesive is weak. By the next bathroom break, the pad isn't sticking. Not sure if a bad batch of adhesive was used or if they changed their formula, but be ready to catch a falling pad when nature calls.

I gave up on Always, which tended to feel plasticy and chafed in the heat. Stayfree feels a lot softer and more comfortable when I use it. I won't go back.

This 'regular' is short from my experience. It can get uncomfortable if not placed correctly and tends to bunch up at some point during use. May be suited for someone who is very petite or suited for lighter days. Highly absorbent though and the fabric it's made of it comfortable. Would recommend.
