Obsessed with this. For anyone who suffers from allergies and frequent sinus infections, this is for you. However, I have recommended this to a few friends and they were not fans. However, I got over the strange sinus rinse feeling years ago, and know that this is the only way I can get relief. SO, if you are opposed to netí-pots, this is prob not a good fit for you.
Blowing your nose too much makes your nasal passages swell, hence causing congestion. This is the perfect alternative to effectively clearing your sinuses so you don't get congested. Sometimes I will use this 5 times a day.
Be sure to keep your mouth open when you use this. Definitely follow the instructions or watch a YouTube video so you use it properly.

Cordless sinugator I was very happy with it when I bought it years ago. I recently had to start using it again twice a day and now it is dead. I put new batteries in it twice and it is not working and it was working this morning.

I prefer this to the nettie pot type. I believe there are better results with it and it is much quicker. Be sure and read all instructions and always use the solution that is intended for it.

I have always suffered with sinus infections and allergies and anything nasal. Apparently I have small nasal passages and they get inflamed and then the snot hits the fan, so to speak ;-). I was having an allergy attack recently and a lady I met was telling me that her doctor had her use this twice a day for her allergies and it really helped her. So, I've been using it for about a month now and started out using morning and evening, but now am only doing each morning. It has made a HUGE difference in my allergies. I'm hardly sneezing or blowing my nose in the mornings....and my allergies are not seasonal since they are to my adorable dog! It's so much easier to use than a traditional Neti Pot and I make my own solution so I don't have to keep reordering. Based on other reviews, I'm not sure how long it will last, but at this price, I'll happily buy another one if it breaks cause I feel so much better using it!

Rinses higher up than the neti pot. I like the individual solution packets - no more finding non-iodized salt, measuring, and adding a pinch of baking soda.Since I have plumbing without lead solder, I just use warm tap water. To clean I pull apart the Sinugator, rinse it, and put the parts upside sown in a net bag to dry over night. The batteries last for months. Since using this daily nasal rinse, my life long chronic sneezes have dwindled to seasonal allergies, which don't even show up every year. The first NeilMed Sinugator lasted 6 years.
