Thank you Jesus for the Bidet!!
Vicki•May 4, 2018
The unit is actually easy to install-a bit harder if a tight space.
The leaks everyone is pissy about is most likely the rubber seal inside your tank-as with most flushing parts turn when you tighten the hose. Some toilet units have a wrench like design you can hold inside your tank while you tighten the flex hose from the water flow.
You can also use a wrench with teeth if the flushing unit does t have the octogan like wrench shape.
If you need new seals you can get ina set at the hardware: Home Depot or Lowe's.
Good luck. It's a decent unit for now.
I will eventually get the heated water and seat, with a blower to dry.
This all started after breaking my back in a car accident and a friend had one and no more anyone wiping my behind.
Gave me more dignity and less embarrassing.
Very nice unit for the money.
Thank the Lord for the Bidet!

Great Product and can be used for people with decreased mobility.

This is the second one we have installed. Now there is one in each bathroom. It is truly a great product that makes for an amazing increase in quality of life! The second one, I had put in my aged mom's bathroom. Originally I couldn't find one that would work with a raised toiled seat, so was sad not to be able to give this to her. But then, I found the companion product that makes it possible: The Toilevator! Toilevator Toilet Riser It raises the whole toilet so that the toilet seat is just the regular one, and can accommodate the BioBidet ELITE3. If you are caring for folks with decreased mobility, please consider doing this for them. It is worth every penny. (The cold water is really not an issue at all, even to my 92 yr. old mom)

Originally I gave this a 5 star review, but not now. This bidet started leaking within just a few moths. With a 1 year warranty I thought my biggest problem was the flood it made and the need to drain my toilet tank, remove the bidet, and reconnect the water line to my toilet. NOT. Warranty repair so far consisted of sending me a replacement internal valve for the bidet. Externally, this bidet looks very well made: metal splitter valve, metal wrapped hose. Internally all of the fittings are simple push fittings into each of 2 valves, each fitting could come lose or leak easily. I will replace the valve and hope this fixes the leak. In case it does not, I tried to get a cut off valve to isolate the toilet from the bidet, but the threads for the bidet do not fit American plumbing . So far a leaking bidet, poor warranty support and no cut-off valve. Please carefully consider your potential purchase.
Where has this been all my life?

Refreshing! After a few euro trips loving bidets, and my dad installing the most heavenly bidet seat with all the bells and whistles in his house - I knew I NEEDED not one, but two for myself. I ran into issues when considering the fancier of models as I do not have outlets anywhere near my toilets and my husband would throw a fit if I considered paying an electrician to do so. So my dreams were smashed for some time, until one night I came across a fb article with a headline of something like '20 strange things on amazon that everyone loves' and saw a similar bidet that did not require electricity! I was a bit skeptical of it only hooking up to the cold water, as all the bidets I have tried had warm water options, but also realized getting a warm water hook up was not an option for me either. After looking on costco and seeing that this was a model they offered, I knew I must have it! My husband loves that there are no batteries or electrical pieces to break and was able to install both bidets within an hour. The 7/8" T valves both had a small leak but when I contacted the seller, they overnighted two more and now I am using them both every time I go :D
I am pregnant and go often and also find it comforting that I will be able to use these instead of peri bottles after birth! The nozzles are adjustable for pressure and are gentle. The cool water is refreshing and not cold at all since it's such a small area it's hitting. The white model looks nice and fits perfectly on our toilets. We have one in our bedroom/master bath and one on the main level. I love that if we were to ever move I can take them with me! My husband doesn't use it as frequently of course - but also loves this product. Every home should have a bidet of sorts!

Installation tips and review

I have upcoming arm surgery so I decided a bidet would be a nice help during my recovery. Because of the good reviews and the cost, I decided to give this product a try.
The installation would of been a breeze except I had a problem with the main water tube matching up. The flexible tubing that I had going from my wall faucet to my water tank was 9 inches long. With the added length of the supplied T-valve, it put a nasty kink in my 9 inch flexible tube thus restricting the water flow to the toilet and the bidet. I thought no problem...I will just buy a 6 inch tube but when I went to the hardware store I discovered that 9 inch was the shortest tube they sold. I decided to buy a 20 inch flexible tube and that created a nice gentle loop for great water flow. One other thing was they sent 3 black rubber washers. 2 flat ones and 1 con shaped one. The instructions stated what to do with the flat one, but never mentioned the cone shaped one. I had to call the tech line to find out that you put it - cone up, into the T valve where it attaches to the toilet. I thought that is where it went, but I wanted to make sure. Hopefully now you know.
It takes a few tries to discover the best positioning for maximum cleaning. The high setting is very intense...I do not recommend that. I am already glad that I made this purchase. My wife is discovering the benefits of a bidet too.
