Great flavor. I use this gravy mix to enhance the pan juices or in my crock pot for pot roast. In the crockpot, I just sprinkle a 1/4 C over the meat and add 1/2 packet of Italian dressing mix and 1/2 packet of ranch mix, pour 1 cup water and 1/2 C wine over all and cook! Great meal.
DEspit being a very good cook, making a volume of gravy from pan drippings has never been successful.

This gravy mix is easy to use and doesn't require boiling to thicken it up. It is a little on the salty side so when using it do not add any additional salt.
