Nice and bright, but the mount rattles and ultimately broke. Also, it would stop flashing even thought the batteries were still 1/2 to 2/3 charged.

This 1 watt Cherry Bomb's micro switch was too fragile and when it encountered bumps (if hard mounted on bike) the impact would overcome the spring tension of the switch and forced it to turn off. This was a bit of a head scratcher for a couple of months before I was able to diagnose the problem. I first thought it was loose battery terminal springs, low battery, etc. I was finally able to induce this regularly by tapping the light on the table. When I checked the warranty verbiage on the Niterider web site, it said that the warranty was void if purchased from any auction or online seller which was not an authorized dealer, brick and mortar etc. So as nice as it was (only when it operated), I got rid of it as it soured me on NiteRider products. Plenty of other cycling taillights and products out there that are proven reliable.

I love the way it flashes, but the switch keeps breaking. Often the light goes out when I go over bumps. It is poorly made.
