It works but (MTBF) Mean Time Before Failure is Short

lasted 2 years to the exact month. It was $ extremely inexpensive at less than $5.00 (made in China) compared to the original capacitor $24.00 made in USA but its on my well and wouldn't you know it the well fails at the worst time. Its a good emergency capacitor to have if you do not want to stock a better longer lasting replacement or use it for testing.

Used to replace one that was 12 years old. No problem, works as intended.
Spend a few extra bucks and buy a quality one instead

Complete JUNK. I bought this to replace a worn out starter capacitor. It claims to have the exact same specs as the worn out part but when I started the machine it worked for about 30sec then BOOM and smoke billowing out. Should have spent the extra $10 and bought from a reliable vendor.

Worked good, got my well going again, but, had to replace it not long after I installed it. Don't know if the capacitor was not durable, or I had a malfunctioning pressure switch that affected the capacitor life.
