Worked perfectly for our hampton bay fan who's original remote was starting to fail. One issue is that the battery's don't stay securely in their place and every now and then we have to remove the battery cover and push the battery back into place. A piece of foam on the back of the battery housing cover may fix it.

Worked perfectly as an exact replacement to the remote that came with my Hampton Bay ceiling fan. Only had to make sure the DIP switches were in the same positions as the old remote (behind battery cover) and it works perfectly. Very happy with the purchase.
