The brand is great if you actually get the real brand. When purchasing these it seemed as though they were knock offs because the plates burnt my hair and under the plates you could see the glue. You do get them for a much cheaper price on amazon but now i see why. My roommate was flat ironing my hair one day and she dropped the flat irons not too far from the ground by a mistake and the plates shattered everywhere. They do get the job done but the quality is poor and its not a product worth spending money on because any mistake can happen and you won't have them for long. After the incident I called amazon 2 months later complaining about the problem and they gave me a full refund. The reasons I'm so loyal to this company because they are loyal to me.
Sell products that match at least the photos provided. Not even the box is accurate.

This seller has a picture of a PYT Ceramic and that's not what arrives when buying this product. The reason I bought this one in specific was because I needed the one on the picture OBVIOUSLY. STOP DOING THIS! Don't try to play us as if we are fools. I should've known due to the price but I didn't even realized it. This cannot be done no matter what. Just provide pictures that can match the product that you are shipping. Thanks anyways, good news is that I am returning! Good try lol I already have the one that it's on the picture so there is a difference in quality and also the job that its done.

THIS ITEM IS A FAKE! IT IS NOT A PYT HAIR STRAIGHTENER, IT'S A KNOCK OFF AND I WANT MY $$ BACK. Cord is crappy, overall feel is cheap and the plates barely move. Heats up pretty fast but densely NOT what I wanted.

Bought this for my girlfriend years and years ago and it held up very well. She dropped it off of the counter and it cracked. Then being clumsy she dropped it again and it finally broke. She loved that thing with all her heart. I recently cut my hair and I had a red PYT, so I just gave her mine and I've had mine for 2 years longer than her! They are great straighteners! Even after 6 years, they heat up quick, the plates glide nicely and it doesn't leave creases in your hair. Way better than CHI or any other expensive straighteners you see on tv.
No luck with these.

Didn't have much luck with these. 1st pair there was an issue with the cord after about 3 weeks and the flat irons would not continuously heat. Received a replacement pair and the ceramic plates have cracked. I have not dropped them so I have to believe there may have been a small hairline crack that I didn't notice that has begun to spread. Of course my 30 days have expired. They both came in different manufacturing boxes which I found Strang as most PYT products come with the same packaging.
